On the road we go, the football team battled with Glenn at Glenn Friday and won 40-0.The titans didn’t allow a single bobcat touchdown.
The girl’s volleyball team played against Reagan on Tuesday and stole the win 3-2 for the first time in three years. Both Reagan and West held a drive for the victims of Hurricane Helene, in western NC to collect supplies. Anyone who brought supplies got in for free. The team also took on Davie and won 3-0.
Our nationally ranked soccer team took on East Forsyth Monday and won 3-2. On Wednesday, they returned home to face Mount Tabor and conquered the Spartans 4-1. They remain at the top of the country and, of course, undefeated.
The girls’ tennis team played on Monday, they faced off against RJ Reynolds and lost 7-1. On Wednesday they played East Forsyth and won 7-2.
Our girls’ golf team had two conference matches this week on Sept. 30 and Oct. 1. They placed first and second respectively.
The Cross Country team ran in the CPC XC Meet #3 this Thursday. The girls placed second out of six schools and the boys placed fourth out of six schools.
Field hockey took on Reagan on Thursday and lost 2-0.
