We asked the Zephyr staff members (and Mr. Poller) their favorite song, album, artist and their most streamed songs.
Mr. Poller–
Favorite Song: “Festival” by Sigur Ros – This song is totally epic and I feel emotions while listening to it. The live version is insane.
Favorite Artist: The National – They speak to me more than other artists. I love the sound of the lead singer. Their lyrics are powerful without being corny.
Lena Pearson–
Favorite Song: “The Promise” by When In Rome. I love this song because it reminds me of listening to music on my dad’s iPod when I was younger which introduced me to the music that I still love to this day. The song is also in the closing sequence to one of my favorite movies, Napoleon Dynamite. It fills me with so much nostalgia despite being written in the 80’s.
Most Streamed Song: “Dylan Thomas” by Better Oblivion Community Center.
Garrin Reiter–
Favorite Artist: My favorite artist would have to be Laufey because I actually love her songs, vibe and it shows because I was in her 500 of listeners with over 50,000 minutes. Her songs are just such good study and reading music.
Most Streamed Song: “Fragile” by Laufey
Abbie Leonard–
Favorite Artist: Motley Crue because that’s what my dad would play for me when we listened to music in the car, so every time I listen to them it reminds me of my dad.
Most Streamed Song: “Home Sweet Home” by Motley Crue.
Savannah Hitchcock–
Favorite Album: “The OOZ” by King Krule I love the styles in this album and every song is amazing to me I try to listen to it at least once a month

Favorite Artist: My favorite artist is Zach Bryan because he has some really heartfelt songs about his sad, love life and it makes me feel better about mine.
Most Streamed Song: “GOOD DAY” by Forrest Frank.
Tucker Harper–

Favorite Artist: Air Supply – they exclusively do rock/power ballads that are freakin’ amazing.
Seth Cockerham–
Favorite Artist: Bullet For My Valentine, The guitar solos and riffs that this band produces is by far my favorite. I love how they have a mix in style of music as well, some being heavy metal and others being lighter rock.
Most Streamed Song: “High and Dry” by Radiohead.
Chance Beckmann–
Favorite Album: My favorite Album is “Lovers rock” by Sade, I love Sade as an artist and she has many great songs, but lovers rock is my favorite because of the constant bangers on the album, and its mention in other modern songs.
Most Streamed Song: “No One Noticed” by The Marias
