The football team had a bye week this week, and for Friday’s game, it was Friday night “Futbol” or soccer. The soccer team took on Parkland Wednesday and won 10-1. On Friday they took on Ragsdale and won 3-0. The theme for the game was lights out. The team is still number one in the state.

The volleyball team took on the Davie war eagles Wednesday and took a victory 3-1. They took RJR Thursday and won 3-0. Their last games this week were both Hough and Northwest Guilford on Saturday they won 3-0 against Guildford and lost 3-0 to Hough.

The field hockey team took on RJR Tuesday and lost 0-3 The team went up against Northwest Guilford on Thursday and tied 2-2
The girls’ tennis team went up against East Forsyth on Monday and lost 5-4. They also took on Mount Tabor at home on Wednesday and lost 8-1.
The girls’ golf team didn’t have a match this week, however, they will compete in another CPC Conference match on Sept. 16.
Cross country does not have a meet this week but, on Sept. 20 they have the Adidas XC Challenge.
